Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of hands-on bodywork and movement training that re-organizes the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to more effectively function within the earth’s gravitational field. Before our consultation, you’ll fill out a wellness questionnaire that helps us discover your state of health, from where we can offer the best recommendations to unlock your most vibrant health. We focus on the root of the problems to save you from chasing symptoms. ※Available in-person or online.

Our Cooking Workshops teach you the fundamental principles of what and how to eat to feel great, and also how to utilise the local Okinawan foods to connect with the wisdom of the local environment.
